On February 24th, Director of Migration and Refugee Services (MRS), Heath Rosenberger was interviewed by the National Catholic Register about Catholic Charities’ participation in the “Welcome Circles” program.
The “Welcome Circles” are small groups of individuals that come together to support Ukrainian families who have been able to come to the U.S. for two years on humanitarian parole.
During his interview, he mentions that MRS got involved with this program in the fall of 2022 and hopes to recruit 20 parishes to help with the resettlement program.
