Earlier this month, the Fatima Family Center hosted its annual benefit breakfast at Cleveland East Technical High School.
This annual event is a celebration honoring local families, the staff, volunteers, and community leaders who make the Fatima Center’s work possible.
Not only did this event showcase various accomplishments made throughout the year, but it also celebrated the center's 50th anniversary.
The breakfast included food prepared by the student-operated restaurant “The Executive Grille”, live music, a performance from the Silver Threads choir, a live auction, and much more!
During the event, the director of the center, LaJean Ray, presented The Cleveland Foundation and The Needles Family Foundation each with the “Outstanding Support” award.
Representatives from each organization were present to accept their award and gave speeches about how the Fatima Center impacts people in the Hough community.
This year’s benefit breakfast helped raise around $69,000, which will go towards programming for the Fatima Center in 2024.
Thank you to all who were able to attend this year's Fatima Breakfast and the continued support of its programs!
