At Catholic Charities we strive to help individuals grow and thrive—from youth all the way to those in their late stages of life.
We offered a variety of Older Adult Services designed to best meet the needs of seniors and older individuals. From adult day programs and senior case management to home-delivered meal services, our broad spectrum of programs serve all individuals regardless of race, creed, ethnicity, disability, or ability to pay.
In addition to the services listed below, many Older Adult Services and programs within Catholic Charities are provided by St. Augustine Health Ministries, including independent senior living, assisted living, nursing and home health care, as well as hospice care.

Adult Day Services
We offer weekly programming and activities for older adults living in Summit County so that they may remain independent, social and in their own homes.

Our free weekly program provides recreational and social activities, as well as assistance with cultural and linguistic needs, for Hispanic seniors living in the Greater Cleveland area.

We provide socialization opportunities, development services and congregate meals to income-eligible older adults ages 60 and up in the Glenville neighborhood.
