Catholic Charities operates a multitude of programs and services to meet the needs of those in the communities we serve. With locations and services across eight counties of the Diocese of Cleveland, Catholic Charities makes a tremendous impact throughout Northeast Ohio.
In 2019, Catholic Charities served over 430,000 individuals in Northeast Ohio by way of 209 programs. Our programs and services include community hot meals and pantries, childcare, counseling services, emergency assistance, and much more. We would not be able to do the work that we do without our dedicated staff and volunteers. This past year 15,612 volunteers gave 940,798 hours of their time to help Catholic Charities provide help, create hope, and serve all in our communities.

120,897 individuals were served through our Emergency Assistance program. The services provided include food, utility and rental assistance, clothing, and other basic needs.
21,245 individuals throughout our eight counties received community meals and pantry distribution.
1,921 individuals received Migration & Refugee Services, including 122 refugees who were resettled in our communities.
