Counseling Services

In your time of need, Catholic Charities Counseling is here to provide help and create hope for you, no matter where you are. We now offer professional, affordable telehealth counseling by computer, smartphone, or a simple phone call.

To get started, call our central intake at 1 (800) 860-7373. Intake specialists are available 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, to help connect you to the services you need.

Our licensed and highly trained counselors will walk you through how to cope with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and any addiction concerns. We offer individual counseling, family and couples counseling, children and teen counseling, and substance use counseling.
