Families of Promise
This free program seeks to bring positive experiences to children in Lake County with an incarcerated parent through services including case management, mentoring and recreational opportunities for children and their caregivers.

The Help Me Grow program helped me before I had my son and definitely after I had him. It was always my first go-to in any situation we came across.
