Play Like a Champion Today is an educational series designed to help promote an inclusive, developmentally-oriented youth sports culture.
Play Like a Champion Today, a program of the University of Notre Dame’s Alliance for Catholic Education, partners with schools and sports organizations by offering coaches and sport parents interactive, educational workshops. The program is designed to promote lifelong physical, social and moral development in children.
Parishes and schools can host Play Like A Champion Today programs for their coaches. The two-hour training develops coaches to be better disciples of the gospel, learning how to coach the soul of their athletes and how to integrate these principles into practices and games.

The University of Notre Dame's Play Like a Champion Today program frequently distributes Coach, Parent and Athlete Notes that provide information and resources related to its mission of character education through sports.
