Once an adult accepts the responsibility to coach in CYO Athletics, they also accept the responsibility to maintain a standard for excellence. Every coach, both head and assistant, must attend the Coaches Development Program (CDP) before they begin coaching.

To register, click the button below. (Please note this is not Coaches Continuing Education or Re-Certification Training). This training is for new coaches who have never been CYO certified to coach.
These sessions are in person. No virtual trainings. Note each session will close when we reach capacity. Coaches, please register early for a training date among those offered. Coaches must attend one of these trainings to get certified to coach CYO sports! A confirmation email will be sent to all registrants a couple of days before each scheduled date.
CYO does not offer a BCI fingerprinting service at these trainings. Please be sure to make arrangements to get them done through another service. You can find city locations at this link.
Important new this year, the BMV or other place you go to may ask you for a code to have your fingerprints done. Please provide them with code 3319 39B1, School Employees – non teaching positions.
Registration will close at 9am on the day of the session (Saturday date will close Friday before). Note: Cost of registration has increased to $45, which will be paid online using a Visa or Mastercard.
