CYO takes a preventive and responsive approach regarding youth sports-related incidents. For prevention, we have training and leadership development for CYO Coaches, Athletic Directors, Site Directors, Commissioners, and operational personnel.
When an incident does occur, we work to respond in a systematic and detailed manner according to the CYO Charter and Bylaws, by utilizing our incident report form below.
