We are excited to invite campers ages 5-17 to participate in our 2026 T-Shirt and Patch Design Contest!
NEW THIS YEAR: All entries must be hand-drawn artwork that reflects our 2026 theme "Rooted In..."
How to Participate
1. Register for Camp!
2. Download and print the official design submission form. Contestants may submit one T-shirt design and one patch design each.
Completed forms can be returned in one of two ways:
• Mail: 812 Biruta Street, Akron, OH 44307
• Email a photo or scan: madeline.munoz@ccdocle.org
Deadline to Enter: February 15, 2026
Prizes
Catholic Charities Corporation staff will select the winners. Each winning design will receive:
• One free week of Camp Christopher during Summer 2026: non-transferable; $775 max value. 1 week of Day Camp = $370, 1 week of Resident Camp = $775, 1 week of Family Camp = $265, 1 week of Sumfun = $455, etc.
Ownership & Usage
By entering, contestants agree that Catholic Charities may use the winning design(s) and winner name(s) in advertising, promotions, and future marketing. Contestants assign all ownership and intellectual property rights to Catholic Charities Corporation. Catholic Charities reserves the right to select no winner if no suitable entries are received.
We can’t wait to see your creativity shine as we celebrate peace at Camp Christopher!
This summer, our theme is “Rooted In…” a celebration of how God strengthens us, grounds us, and connects us to one another at Camp Christopher. Similar to the trees here at camp, our roots grow deep into the ground (within ourselves), spread wide through our relationships with others, and our branches reach upward toward God and the values we believe in. Together, those directions form the shape of a cross. This reminds us that real growth takes root in faith. Our faith anchors us down, nurtures meaningful friendships, and guides our hearts upward.
For this year’s contest, we want your help in completing the theme. Your artwork should include the phrase: “Rooted in ______.” …and YOU choose the final word!
Some ideas include: Rooted in Peace, Rooted in Hope, Rooted in Joy, Rooted in Faith, Rooted in Community, Rooted in Nature, or something original that matters to you.
