Community-Based Family Services Office
Our program provides services to meet the unique, immediate, and ongoing needs that prevent families from staying together and individuals from becoming productive members of the community.
Community-Based Family Services (CBFS) are designed to provide mental health and chemical dependency assessments, community supportive psychiatric treatment, counseling services, and treatment coordination for individuals, families, and groups. Licensed social workers and licensed professional counselors who trained in the field of mental health and chemical dependency provide services.
We tailor a range of services to meet the unique, immediate, and ongoing needs that prevent families from staying together and individuals from becoming productive members of the community.
Services are provided in the home or community, whichever is the most appropriate setting for the individual or family.
