Interested in enrolling your child in our Early Learning & Head Start programs? Read about our enrollment process below. Currently enrolling for the 2020-2021 school year!

Once you've completed the form, someone from our office will contact you within 24 to 48 business hours to go over next steps regarding your enrollment appointment. Continue reading below to learn how to prepare for your appointment. 

How to Prepare for Your Enrollment Appointment

In order for your child’s enrollment to go as quickly as possible, we ask that you bring the following items to your enrollment appointment:

• Your photo I.D.
• Your child’s birth certificate
• Your child’s social security card
• Proof of family size
• Proof of income
• Your training or work schedule (if applicable)
• Your child’s up-to-date immunization record
• Your medical insurance card and WIC book (if applicable)

Your child will also need an updated physical and dental exam. Please fill out the appropriate forms, and bring them with you to your appointment. If you do not have these documents, please let enrollment staff know so they can provide you with the next steps.

Catholic Charities Early Learning & Head Start welcomes children with special needs. If your child has any food allergies, medical issues, medication that will need to be administered, etc., or has an Individual Education Plan (IEP), please bring this information to your appointment as well.
