Overview

Studies show that when children take part in early learning programs they show significantly better social, emotional, language and cognitive development compared to children who do not participate in a high-quality learning environment. 

Early childhood education is crucial in providing the foundation toward lifelong learning. Catholic Charities Early Learning & Head Start provides a high-quality, comprehensive approach for both children and families that includes early learning education, professional development, family engagement, health and nutrition, mental health and disabilities services.

Centers are licensed through the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services and are 5-Star Highly-Rated by the state's Step Up To Quality rating and improvement system.

We offer Head Start, Early Head Start, and Early Childhood Education services at certain locations. All seven Catholic Charities Early Learning Centers are part of the PRE4CLE plan and Cuyahoga County's Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program .
