Summit

All adult women are invited to join the Women’s Board of Catholic Charities as we strive to make the lives of those less fortunate just a little bit easier. Meet and work with caring women from many different parishes in Summit County.  The group strives to promote the agency programs through volunteer service and fundraising. The first meeting of the year will be at Blessed Trinity located at 300 Tallmadge Avenue in Akron on Friday September 13th, at 9:30am.

Membership Types

• Active Members
  • Participates in activities sponsored by the Women’s Board
  • Supports all fund-raising projects of the Women’s Board
  • Has the privilege of voice, vote and office
  • $15 per year
• Associate Members
  • Supports the work of the Women’s Board
  • Has the privilege of voice, but no vote and no office
  • $20 per year
• Affiliate Members 
  • Has never been an active member
  • Supports the work of the Women’s Board
  • Has no voice, no vote and no office
  • $25 per year
