Join us for the 35th Women’s Board Annual Luncheon on Thursday, April 11. The event will be held at Guy’s Party Centre, 500 E Waterloo Rd, Akron. Reservations are required for this special event and must be received by March 29. Make checks payable to Women’s Board of CCC/SC and mail to Catholic Charities Attn: Lori Limbacher, 812 Biruta St, Akron 44307. Include your name, address, and phone number. Please indicate if you have a seating preference with specific people. Proceeds benefit the programs of Catholic Charities of Summit County
Each December our Women’s Board of Catholic Charities Corporation of Summit County sponsors the BAGS OF LOVE project. The project is a special way to make Christmas a little brighter for low income clients of our local Catholic Charities. We provide gifts, household items, and grocery gift cards for each family. With the help of our generous supporters, we hope to provide a special Christmas to 25 agency families this year! Gifts are only given to Catholic Charities clients who are currently receiving services and in need.
All financial gifts will be used to buy grocery gift cards and other essential items needed by these families. Your donation will enable us to increase the amounts of the grocery gift cards.
Any donation that you can give to the Bags of Love project this year will be greatly appreciated.
