New Campers | 1. Please complete the online questionnaire by using this link: New Respite Weekends Campers 2. If approved, we will contact providers for a current copy of your camper's ISP or IEP for review. 3. We will review your camper's documents and reach out with any questions, concerns, and to discuss next steps ** New campers, please do not register for a session until instructed to do so. Please allow adequate time for reviewing of paperwork. All registrations are reviewed in the order received ** |
Returning Campers | 1. If your camper has attended Community Respite in the past 12 months, please continue with the registration process. 2. If your camper has not attended Community Respite in over a year, please complete the steps shown above for New Campers. |
Food, Lodging, and Activity Fees (due at the time of registration):
Please complete the medication form before arriving to Respite each session. This must be completed and accurate in order for medications to be passed to your camper. Bring this form with you when you arrive at Camp Christopher.
