Community Respite

Payment

This program is available for self-pay; however, the local county board of developmental disabilities and the Medicaid Waiver may provide funding for this program.

Note: All sessions require a fee upon registration. This fee is for food, lodging and activities. The fee rate is the same for campers that choose to bring their food. Funding sources, including Medicaid Waiver, typically do not reimburse for this fee.

We have financial assistance available. Campers can apply for this within registration. 

We will bill the standard Medicare rates for each session. If paying private pay, an invoice will be generated after the session. We request payment upon receipt. 

Billing for Full Weekend & One Overnight
We can bill the camper’s Medicaid Waiver if pre-authorized. If you choose to self-pay, an invoice will be generated 24 hours after the session, and we ask for it to be paid upon receipt.

Cost will be determined as follows and based on attendance time in/time out:
Friday:24 Fifteen Minute CR Units-up to $68.40
Saturday: 1 Full Day CR Unit-Total of $238.10
Sunday: 44 Fifteen Minute CR Units-up to $125.40
Total Cost for Full Weekend: $431.90 + $55.00 = $486.90

Billing for Saturday Only
We will bill the standard Medicaid/Waiver rate, either at a 15-minute unit or a half-day rate, depending on how many hours your camper attends. For Private Pay, an invoice will be generated 24 hours after the session, and we request payment upon receipt.

Refund Policy

We will refund the registration fee (deposit) for cancellations that are 2 weeks in advance. For the weeklong camp $100 of the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
