Community Respite

Check-In

Friday Evening: Arrival at 6:00 PM

• Timing:
• Check-in begins at 6:00 PM on Friday. Please do not arrive early.
• Location:
• Drive to the St. Francis Dining Hall to unload your vehicle and check in your camper.
• Medication Drop-Off:
• All campers needing medications (prescription or non-prescription) must turn them in to the nurse at check-in.
• Medications must be in their original bottles with a clearly labeled, current prescription. All medications must be listed on a completed Medication Authorization Record (MAR) form.
• Settling In:
• Once campers arrive, staff will assist with carrying luggage and making beds in the cabins.
• Caregivers are encouraged to share any special concerns with staff when dropping off campers.

Pick-Up

Sunday Morning: Departure by 11:00 AM

• Location: Return to the St. Francis Dining Hall to pick up your camper and luggage.
• Medication Pick-Up: Do not forget to retrieve your camper’s medications from the nurse’s station.
• Luggage Check: Ensure your camper’s luggage contains all items brought to camp.

Additional Details

• If you need assistance during check-in or pick-up due to a disability, please contact our office in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
• Pets: Please remember that no pets are allowed on campgrounds, regardless of size.
• Campers cannot be accepted until 6:00 PM on Friday. Please arrive during the designated time.

Saturday Camping Only

Check-In: 9:00 AM
Pick-Up: 9:00 PM

Weeklong Campers

• Pick-up and drop-off times for weeklong sessions differ slightly. Additional details will be sent via email to registered campers.
