Adult Day Services

We offer weekly programming and activities for older adults living in Summit County so that they may remain independent, social and in their own homes.

Hispanic Senior Center

Our free weekly program provides recreational and social activities, as well as assistance with cultural and linguistic needs, for Hispanic seniors living in the Greater Cleveland area.

Silver Threads Senior Program

Our weekly program provides socialization opportunities and supportive services, including light meals and health screenings, for seniors ages 55 and up.

St. Martin de Porres Older Adult Program

We provide socialization opportunities, development services and congregate meals to income-eligible older adults ages 60 and up in the Glenville neighborhood.

St. Philip Neri Senior Program

Our weekly program provides socialization opportunities and supportive services, including light meals and health screenings, for seniors 60 years and older in the St. Clair - Superior neighborhood.

Senior Case Management

In Medina County we offer free at-home services for seniors, including mental health counseling and case coordination.

Golden Center

Our free senior program at 5 different locations offers social and recreational activities for individuals living in Ashland County.

Senior Independent Living

Emerald Village Retirement Community provides affordable living and impressive amenities for active senior adults, along with a splendid variety of independent living apartments.

Assisted Living & Nursing Care

St. Augustine Health Campus, a ministry of Catholic Charities, offers exceptional nursing care and assisted living opportunities for senior adults from all walks of life.

Home Health Care

Holy Family Home, a ministry of Catholic Charities, provides Medicare-certified home health care and private duty services focused on individual well-being.

Hospice & Hospice In-Home Care

Holy Family Hospice, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is a unique, not-for-profit Catholic-sponsored hospice, bringing peace and comfort to patients and families of all faiths and walks of life.

Multi-Generational Mentoring

Older adults who participate in our Golden Center program offer free after school tutoring for elementary school students. This program meets twice a week at Loudonville Public Library.

Senior Community Resources

Catholic Charities serves Wayne and Holmes Counties by providing residents age 55 and older with links to community resources and ongoing support, while finding ways to meet people’s needs.
