Catholic Charities is proud to include three vibrant family centers that serve neighborhoods and communities throughout the Cleveland area.
Each of our centers offers a holistic approach to family wellness by providing multiple programs that cover the full age spectrum as well as the needs of the entire family. It is our mission to provide help and create hope for all families in our communities—regardless of race, creed, ethnicity, disability, or ability to pay.

Known throughout the Hough community, Fatima Family Center's 26,000 square foot facility provides programs and services for all ages, including summer camp, a senior program, youth activities and a food pantry. In 2002, Fatima was recognized by the Annie E. Casey Foundation as one of the top five family centers in the United States.
Each year, St. Martin de Porres Family Center serves over 2,000 families within the community. Located in the Glenville neighborhood, this center provides an array of services to meet the needs of all individuals within the community—from pregnant women to older adults.
Serving the St. Clair-Superior neighborhood, St. Philip Neri offers a variety of programs and services with the mission of empowering all individuals to become self-sufficient. From our senior program to Job & Career Training, we focus on educating individuals so that they may develop the skills they need to strengthen their family and ultimately—their community.
