Since 1989, Disability Services has been dedicated to meeting both the educational and social needs of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Our Continuing Adult Social & Education Program assists adults in their social and educational development, provides respite, provides a safe and enjoyable group experience, and community integration.
Participants from all over the Greater Cleveland area are welcome to participate in our program, which features the following subject areas:
Participants also have the opportunity for community inclusion through outings and through guest speakers and teachers regularly hosted by the program.
Participants are taught according to their individual needs. The program provides participants a well-rounded experience so they can better function in today's society.

The Continuing Adult Social & Education Program is offered September through May at OLA/St. Joseph Center in Cleveland's Tremont neighborhood. Classes are held on Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Monthly tuition is $88 ($792.00 for the school year), plus a one-time materials fee of $60.
Our program is IO or Level 1 Waiver certified, under the certification area of "Community Respite". You must call your Support Administrator before classes begin to add "Catholic Charities Corporation" to your plan.
Limited financial assistance is available on an individual basis to those with the greatest need. Catholic Charities funds will be granted only after other source(s) have been sought. Please contact us for information.
