Catholic Charities Corporation Administrative Offices:
7911 Detroit AvenueDisability Services and Ministries Community-Based Programming provides a range of services designed to support individuals with disabilities and their families, empowering them to engage in all aspects of community.
Catholic Charities, Disability Services & Ministries (DSM) dances and social events have been taking place for over 30 years and offer persons of all abilities, ages 18 and over, the opportunity to practice social skills, form friendships, and have fun!
All dances and social events are held at OLA/St. Joseph Center in Cleveland's Tremont neighborhood, which is fully accessible and ADA compliant.
Our dance nights are held on select Fridays throughout the year, from 7pm-9pm, to celebrate different holidays and themes. Dance night admission is $5 and open to persons with and without disabilities. Admission includes a ticket for pop and chips.
Families or Caregivers receive FREE admission to dances and are responsible for providing supervision and transportation.
For our dances, participants must be 18 years of age or older, and must be supervised by a family member or direct care staff. For sensory-sensitive individuals, please be advised that our dances include flashing lights and loud music.
