Case Management for Self-Sufficiency

In Geauga County we provide job readiness and life skills training to clients facing multiple barriers so that they may overcome these barriers and eventually become self-sufficient.

Pre-Employment Intensive Case Management

Pre-Employment Intensive Case Management services are offered for men and women receiving financial benefits through Ohio Works First who face mental health issues or other major employment barriers.

Youth Employment

Our Youth Employment program is designed to offer year-round support for youth ages 16 to 24 in Lake County looking to gain both job skills and employment experience.

Getting Ahead Program

Getting Ahead seeks to empower those experiencing poverty by providing them with the tools needed to begin their path toward self-sufficiency.

Bridges@Work

This program provides assistance to employees in Geauga County coping with challenges in their lives that impact their work environment. This program is offered on-site at partner businesses throughout the community.

Youth Employment Mentoring

Many youth who enter children & family services face barriers when finding and obtaining employment in later life. Our Employment Mentoring program in Lorain County works to change that.

Success for Youth

Success for Youth provides skill development classes and case management services for youth who are lower functioning and involved in the juvenile court in Lorain County.

We provide emergency clothing for women to support individuals in job searches, professional meetings and business opportunities.

Catholic Charities employment services help train and prepare refugees so that they may join and remain in the local workforce.
