Do I have to log my hours while volunteering?

Yes, our volunteer hours are tracked and reported so that you know the impact of your service and so that we can recognize your hard work and support throughout the year!
From Galaxy Digital’s Dashboard you can see the exact dollar amount your volunteer hours equate to.

Is there an App I can use to sign in and log my hours directly from the site?

Yes, download the CauseConnect ™ app from Apple for iPhone or from the Google Play Store for Android devices.

If I fail to track my hours on site, or log them incorrectly, can I adjust them later?

Yes! You can add or adjust your hours at any time by choosing ‘Track Hours’ from the drop-down menu under your account icon. From there select “Add Hours” and follow the prompts. You can also check the box next to the submitted hours and click the ‘trash can’ icon to delete the hours previously submitted and resubmit your hours.

What is the age requirement to volunteer?

The preferred age for volunteers is 17 years of age. However, volunteer opportunities for those under 17 years of age may be available, based on location and availability. Please contact us to discuss your volunteer needs.

Do I need to schedule a time to volunteer at Catholic Charities?

Yes, all volunteer opportunities need to be schedule. Please complete our volunteer application to begin the registration process.

Is there a dress code for volunteers?

We encourage volunteers to dress comfortable in attire suitable to their assignment. Closed toe shoes must be worn by all volunteers.

What types of volunteer opportunities does Catholic Charities offer?

Catholic Charities offers a wide variety of volunteer opportunities. From serving meals to our community, to helping pass out toys during the holiday season, there are a lot of opportunities to support our organization.

Can groups volunteer at Catholic Charities?
