Catholic Charities Corporation Administrative Offices:
7911 Detroit AvenueThis free program matches at-risk youth, ages 10 to 17, in Lorain County with local mentors who serve as caring and guiding role models.
Teen Mentoring is open to at-risk youth ages 10 to 17 who reside in Lorain County. Parents or guardians of participating teens are also eligible for parent mentoring services.
All youth who receive mentoring services must be referred by provider contract agencies of the Mental Health, Addiction and Recovery Services Board of Lorain County or Lorain County Children Services. In addition, specific eligibility categories have been established for age ranges 10 to 12 and 13 to 17, with guidance from our funders. These eligibility categories are utilized to determine whether referred youth meet criteria to receive mentoring services.

Mentors and youth are required to meet weekly.
