Residential Addiction Treatment Services

Eligibility

Residential Addiction Treatment Services are available for individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older who reside in Cuyahoga County
• Have a diagnosis of chemical dependency or addiction
• Are medically and psychiatrically stable
• Are behaviorally manageable in a group setting
• Demonstrate cognitive and reasoning abilities that are sufficient for them to benefit from a therapeutic interaction
• Are willing and motivated to participate in a 12-step recovery program

If there is evidence of intoxication or acute withdrawal at the time of admission, a referral to a community detoxification center may be necessary prior to consideration for admission. This decision will be made by the clinical team.
