Program Benefits

The program includes the following:

• Education about addiction, recovery and relapse prevention
• Group counseling
• Individual counseling
• Case management
• Medical/psychiatric evaluation
• Culturally- and gender-specific life skills training
• Housing, meals and personal care items
• Medication-assisted treatment
• *Access to a daytime medical clinic (*available at our men's facility)

Comprehensive discharge planning and services include:

• Employment or job readiness training and referrals
• Sober housing information and guidance
• Continuing care plan and sober recreation

Matt Talbot Staff

Our staff is licensed by the State of Ohio as social workers or counselors, with a scope of practice in both chemical dependency and mental health.

We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

We are certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and funded by the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board of Cuyahoga County and United Way of Greater Cleveland.
