Our Ombudsman serves as an independent, impartial and confidential advocate for persons with disabilities and their families in Medina County.
Through a partnership with SHC/The Arc of Medina County and the Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities, our Ombudsman works on a case-by-case basis to help individuals and families access services and supports, navigate systems and develop skills to become self advocates.

The Medina County Ombudsman also helps resolve problems and concerns any individual or family may face by taking messages forward to the appropriate provider and acting on the individual's best behalf.
