The Senior Program at Good Shepherd Family Center offers programs designed to improve participants' physical, mental, and spiritual health, with the ultimate goal of helping older adults maintain their independence.
The program is held weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Senior programming activities include:
A light breakfast and hot lunch are provided to all participants.
