Case Management for Self-Sufficiency assists clients in Geauga County who face multiple barriers to becoming self-sufficient.
Using a strengths-based approach, our program helps individuals overcome barriers by teaching life skills and providing job readiness training.
Our Case Management for Self-Sufficiency Program is funded in part by Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland, Geauga Mental Health and Recovery Services, United Way Services of Geauga County and individual contributions.
