The Diocesan Week of Service is an initiative of the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland that brings people together to serve communities across Northeast Ohio. From March 22–28, 2026, volunteers will partner with Catholic Charities, parishes, schools, and local community organizations to participate in a variety of meaningful service projects.
Together, we will live out our shared mission of compassion, dignity, and justice through hands-on service rooted in Catholic social teaching. The Week of Service offers an opportunity for parishioners, students, Catholic Charities programs, and community members to strengthen our communities while serving those most in need—side by side.
Registration for the week of service projects is now open. Click the button below to view opportunities and register. Projects are listed by county, activity type, and date so that volunteers can easily find the right fit.
Along with the service projects offered, Catholic Charities sites are collecting donations of essential food and hygiene items to be shared with our neighbors in need. Consider organizing a workplace or parish donation drive to help keep our pantry shelves full.
