Help Me Grow is hosting a series of community events for expecting and new parents. Join us for an engaging and supportive event designed to help you navigate the ups and downs of early parenting. Learn practical skills to manage common challenges while teaching your baby healthy coping habits from day one.

Topics:

• Handling common challenges (e.g., colic, illness, developmental delays).
• Teaching coping skills through daily interactions.
• Building routines that adapt to your baby’s needs
• Scenario-based problem solving (e.g., calming a fussy baby).
• Reflection: Identifying your own coping strengths.
