*Please note: Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services – Cleveland currently serves residents of the Diocese of Cleveland and the Diocese of Youngstown. Due to capacity, we are only able to offer legal services to clients outside of our service area who qualify for the Survivors of Torture Program.
Completion of this form does not guarantee that you will receive legal services from ILS.
Upon completion of the form, the SOT interdisciplinary team will determine if you are eligible. If you are eligible, you will be contacted by Intake to complete an ILS intake form. We will contact you within 1 to 2 weeks.
