Bishop William M. Cosgrove Center
We provide mini-grants to residents of Ashland, Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Summit, and Wayne counties who are experiencing temporary hardship brought on by unforeseen circumstances. Limited funds are available and applicants must qualify for services.
We offer financial assistance for individuals facing eviction or struggling with rent and utilities, as well as support in the form of bus tickets or grocery gift cards to cover daily necessities.
We also offer services to help families and individuals become self-sufficient. Certain locations offer budgeting and financial workshops, and may assist those in applying to county and state benefit programs.
Specific services vary by location. Emergency Financial Assistance funds are limited, and clients must meet certain requirements for distribution. For detailed information on requirements, please contact your corresponding county location listed below.
