Early Head Start is a national program designed to promote child competence by providing high-quality child and family development services to families with infants and toddlers up to the age of 3.

At Catholic Charities, our Early Head Start program provides a safe and enriching caregiving environment that promotes the development of infants and toddlers. We strive to support parents in their role as primary caregivers and teachers of their children, and to help families in meeting personal goals and achieving self-sufficiency across a wide variety of domains.
