Practices begin in late July, followed by a regular-season that begins at the end of August.
The program concludes with the championships in October.
Boys and girls participate in separate leagues. Running distances at meets vary based on age group:

Please also download our COVID-19 Athlete Symptom Monitoring Form. Forms must be completed by head coaches at the start of every game and practice. If an athlete answers YES to any of the questions, they MUST be sent home.
