| Baby Formula & Diapers | Baby formula and diaper requests may be made by mothers experiencing financial difficulties. |
| Clothing & Rental Referrals | Our staff assists low-income individuals in finding temporary housing and gently-used clothing. |
| Mail Distribution | Individuals experiencing homelessness or without a stable address may register to have their mail delivered to St. Elizabeth Center. |
| Eye Exams & Glasses | Through a partnership with Prevent Blindness Ohio, St. Elizabeth Center provides access to comprehensive vision care services for high-risk, uninsured Ohioans, including children and adults. |
| Photo ID & Birth Certificates | Individuals must have either their original Social Security card (no copies), a government document or a county print-out. |
| Prescription Assistance | Uninsured, low-income individuals may qualify for prescription assistance. |
