Contracted by Cuyahoga County, Catholic Charities operates the Pre-Employment Screening and Pre-Employment Intensive Case Management programs. These programs are offered to adult men and women currently receiving cash benefits through the Ohio Works First (OWF) program.
Participation in these programs is through referral only. Upon applying for OWF benefits, individuals will automatically be referred to the appropriate program for services.
